Thinking Flowers? founded 2003 is an ethical floral design consultancy, which highlights certain unethical elements of the cut-flower industry and offers an
alternative - namely floral design with a conscience meaningful, minimal and modern design concept..

Clients have included the Tate Modern, Banqueting House, BAFTA, University of the Arts London, Westminster Cathedral, Royal Festival Hall, British Library, Emirates Stadium and the House of Commons.

Thinking Flowers? were also commissioned to create an installation
for the Obama Inauguration Celebrations at the House of Commons.

Thinking Flowers is the brainchild of Lauren Craig, a talented young floral designer with a passion for her planet.

“I know that people have long had a desire to celebrate life with the beauty of flowers,” says Lauren. “I want a future that includes the right to enjoy flowers and their beauty. It is our responsibility to ensure we are treating the earth and its inhabitants in the best way possible.”

Lauren set up Thinking Flowers in 2003 to meet the growing demand for ethical floral design. Her creative drive is closely linked to the social and environmental concerns we face, and a response to the problems of sustainability of having cut flowers at our disposal. “The crisis we face with climate change urged me to create modern and thought-provoking sustainable design,” she says.

She teamed up inclination towards the healing powers of plants with theory on MA Enterprise and Management for the Creative Arts, after she worked on many creative projects as a consultant and mentor for others, she has been in the process of creating thriving ethical business. Her sensual affinity with nature, vibrant sense for colour and passion for nature gives her installations a beauty that is more than skin deep.
